I went to Paris, I don't know how I managed to afford it but I did! And let me just say Paris was amazing and I enjoyed every moment of it. I have to admit that upon arrival I was disappointed, I'm not going to lie, however I believe that it was due to the weather being the same there as it was here. Is a holiday really a holiday if there is no sun?

I got the opportunity to sight see and become a tourist. I think that it is easy to forget how much we become a tourist once we go on holiday. We see so many people come to our cities that take pictures of everything and I laugh at them, but this time it was me and they probably laughed at me too.

No, I did not go to Disneyland Paris, but I have been there before and to be quite frank, when you have been there once why go again? What I did go to however, was go to the Disney Village. However, we did find that we went to the Disney Village to get dinner, which subsided to McDonald's almost everyday. You can go anywhere however there will always be a McDonald's.

There are many things that I learnt from going to Paris;

1. People over there do not have any manners.
When is it okay for someone to barge past or
squeeze past you to grab an item that you are
standing in front of? Never! This did not just happen once, it happened regularly.
I'm not sure if it is the 'culture' in Paris, but boy was I upset with the way they handled themselves in regards to mannerism.

2. Driving.
I thought that England had bad drivers, but Paris tops it! When in Paris we went on the Big Bus Tour to go around the city. I have never encountered so many near misses in one hour. These people do not rate their lives I am telling you! From a man running into the mist of a busy roundabout, a bus driver reversing next to a man on a bike, and another male on a bicycle riding around the roundabout carrying a hoover in his right hand while steering with the left. I just do not know - shakes head.

3. You better shop till you drop!
 I have never had the urge to want to spend a lot of money in one place until now. La Vallee Village is the place where I want to be spending
all of my coins and then some. if you are going to hitting up Paris anytime soon, this is the place
you need to go.
